Cape Doula's signature 3 hour workshop is aimed at empowering and preparing the couple for childbirth in the hospital.  We explore the hospital environment with honest , raw information to ensure you have a plan for various scenarios.  Key deliverables include:

  • Birth Plan (as a communication tool between you and the medical providers.)
  • Informed and knowledgeable about your rights and responsibilities in the hospital
  • A partner who knows what is expected of him when it matters most. 
  • A toolkit of physical and emotional techniques where you want to minimise medical intervention
